I went to the Paradise Inn in July and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfectly fine, I found the bathroom to be my favorite part of the room. The experience that made this stay the best was the concierge named Foster. Foster was super informative, incredibly entertaining, and was very very friendly. He showed us all of the best restaurants, locations to see, and activities to do. This guy was incredible

Pros: The location is great. You have a parking space for your room even though there is a charge but well worth it. There is a pool(heated) and a hot tub. Cons: If you are on the first floor of the 2 story structures(mini queen suites), take note that you will basically hear every footstep and talking in all the rooms. If you are in one of the one story bungalows, this does not apply to you. The bathrooms were large however a little outdated and old.

Where to even start…. They get you to pay an extra $3-500 in resort fees & parking upon arrival. If fees are covering cleaning service and breakfast, they should actually supply that. The continental breakfast includes small cereal, muffin, gross fruit from being sat out and put back in fridge. They never had it fully set up at 8 so the lady won’t move out the way of your trying to get anything. There was potato chips on my bed when I arrived so I know sheets weren’t changed. They didn’t change sheets the whole 6 day stay on either beds. They brought towels once on their own. They didn’t clean the toilet 1 time, counters, or anything else all they did was change the garbage. Post is misleading a 3 bedroom apartment is not a 1 bedroom place. The 18 steps to take all ur luggage up & the pullout beds are the most uncomfortable ones I ever laid on. There’s only a number to call if anything happens, there isn’t anyone on sight at night. Good luck if your key stops working and you left your phone in the room. You smell mold throughout the place and the bathroom is covered in it. The Hot tub is always too hot. Not worth the $$ paid at alllll.

A very lovely king mini suite. We were placed on the second level, which was fine for us but someone who imbibes in all Key West has to offer may find it difficult to navigate the stairs to the second level. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash are offered in the shower. A Nespresso machine was a pleasant surprise as was the umbrella in the closet! THE MINI FRIDGE WAS NICELY SIZED. FREE free bottles of water were provided. We have our own porch balcony area for our room, overlooking the nicely sized pool and hot tub. The check in was easy, but the desk clerk spoke very softly making it a bit difficult to hear him. He was a very nice man and explained all aspects of our stay. I understand there is a Starbucks coffee bar,a continental breakfast. And a wine/snack happy hour in the lobby but I have not experienced any of that yet. There is on site private parking which is a bonus in Key West. It is only 1 block away from Duval street, and about 4 blocks to the water, where it is an excellent place to view the sunset. The bed was clean and comfy, as were the pillows. The only down side of the room is that the AC is loud. Truly a gem in Key West!
