Spent a week there from Jan1-8. Excellent facilities, wonderful staff and great food. Very relaxing. Wish I could remember the names of all the staff but will list some of those that stood out - Carlos (from Dominican), Hugo (inspirational life story), Angel and Angelo at poolside, Gladys at the buffet, dos Humbertos at Sal. The masseuses were also excellent. Thanks to all that made our stay so memorable. Brad

Alfredo, Maris, & Luis Made our trip super pleasurable. They serve top-notch and are so responsive to your every need. We feel so spoiled. This is our second time back in five years. Come back again and make you feel like at home. I’ll miss them dearly. Keep up the good work Paradisus Is an incredible place.

This is my first visit to Playa del Carmen and the whole experience has been wonderful. Every resort worker was friendly and helpful. I had breakfast three times at Hadar with Ismael. He was so kind and quick to serve. I highly recommend this all inclusive resort for adults only. I met several groups on the family side that also enjoyed their stay. It was very uplifting to see people having a great time.

My partner and I stayed here and only have great things to say. The resort, the food, and nightlife, all were fantastic. This was our first time to the area and this resort but we are strongly considering a return trip. I must take an opportunity to highlight the attentiveness, geniality, and hospitality of Leon Palacios, Sergio, and Alfredo at the reserve pool. They all truly made this trip such a joy as they all made it a point to have genuine conversations. These three great people are the reason we will be back!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience at Paradisus La perla. All the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and tended to our every need. I do wish they did have more dinner options but the family side also had plenty of options which worked out great. The pool bar and grill Fahrenheit was our favorite lunch spot. The best chips and guacamole and fish tacos. All the men and women catering to everyone at the pool were absolutely phenomenal. Even down to the cleaning staff. We would come back from the pool to a spotless room and our mini fridge stored with our favorite drinks and even our clothes on our balcony were laid out properly to allow them to dry. We had such a great experience and appreciate all the staff that make this place feel so luxurious:
