The place was lovely and clean. The staff members are friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and compatible with different tastes. The hotel's location is in a safe neighbourhood, but it's difficult for the elderly because the street is very steep. it's relatively close to the tourist attractions of Istanbul and the wifi connection was good.Definitely recommend it. Oh and bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste these items weren't included in the room package.

Not bad , I found it at last minute,clean,good space in the rooms,breakfast was just fine no variation day to day,wifi not good 😐 Location was good near Taksim at the same time quite away from the noise of the middle Istanbul city

- The manager was extremely rude and couldn’t care less about the concerns or needs of his occupants. - The 45 degree slope that lead from the hotel to the main street made it very difficult for Mom and Dad to traverse. - The breakfast menu was repeated every day without change - The room package, which usually includes shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and paper towel was incomplete, lacking the last three items. I will never stay there again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
