Avoid like the plague. Claim they offer complimentary water but charged £4.00 for 330ml of water in a 48 period. Reception were very poor and with the exception of one lovely staff member who checked us in (he didn't give us a name). Great location but very poor service and got a charge which was never clear and transparent for the bottle of water.

We only stay one night due to unforeseen circumstances but the hotel was lovely. The Staff were great. Especially the restaurant manager on the night 23 of November . The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

When arriving at the hotel, we weren’t allowed to store our small bags as they didn’t have room for this (There were in fact guests storing their luggage in the lobby, but we weren’t allowed to). Fun fact: you will be denied in every single store if you bring your luggage. So good luck keeping yourself occupied while waiting for your room to be ready. When arriving in the room, there was mold on the showerhead (see picture), and the rest of the bathroom. When addressing this to the reception, not a single apologie for the inconvenience. She just wrote down the room number and sent us off. Later that day, all of a sudden at around 3:30 pm housekeeping walked in the room before knocking, just to ask if the room was cleaned. During check-out the receptionist wasn’t even bothered to ask us how our stay was. Again we asked us if we could store our luggage, as we saw multiple bags in the lobby once again. This time it was the lack of manpower to store our luggage. The day before we saw someone store their luggage in the business centre, but no, we were not allowed to. As someone who has worked in a hotel in London as well, I was really disappointed about the customer service at this hotel. Definitely won’t be staying here again, as there are many other (better) hotels in the Earl’s Court area.

This hotel doesn’t deserve a 4-star rating, except for its location. The receptionist didn’t welcome us warmly; instead, we received service from staff with a bad attitude who seemed uninterested in their work. The room service isn’t worth the money; we only received ONE complimentary set of still water for a 2-night booking. The room for three people, with one big bed and one extra bed, was disappointing. The big bed is uncomfortable, and the extra bed is of low quality with a broken spring. Furthermore, the hotel doesn’t provide luggage storage. As we had to travel around until the evening, we had to arrange our own luggage storage, especially since the checkout was at 11 a.m., which can be quite costly. The overall cleanliness was also unsatisfactory; the bed sheet had stains (uncertain if it was cleaned beforehand). I am very dissatisfied with the hotel’s quality compared to its price and would not recommend it.
