This was my first time staying at a Park Hyatt hotel. One of the main reasons was the location of everything. It's in a good area with good foot traffic. The hotel itself was very nice, and the customer service was exceptional. The room we got was nice and considered an 'upgrade'. I liked that you can control the curtains with a push button. The bed was very comfortable. We were also able to get a late checkout, which helped a lot. Overall, it was a very nice hotel with superb customer service.

Amazing three-night stay from start to finish. This Park Hyatt feels ultra secluded, even though it’s in the middle of everything off of Mag Mile. Perfect oasis. Bellman, check in, housekeeping, NoMI, room service…what WASN’T outstanding?! It’s a pretty penny but well worth it!

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at Park Hyatt Chicago! From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They really know how to make you feel special. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of elegance and comfort. The lobby's tasteful decor instantly puts you in a relaxed mood. But it's the room that's the real game-changer. Spacious, immaculately clean, and furnished with an eye for detail that only adds to the luxurious experience. And let's talk about the view—breathtaking view of the Chicago Water tower. The staff even gave us a bottle of champagne knowing it was my wife’s birthday. Truly an exceptional stay! Can't wait for my next visit. Five stars all the way!

Beautiful rooms, great food, and a wonderful view. They carry Le Labo products, which smell amazing. I enjoyed the rooms very much, but the food at NoMi was the highlight. Service was wonderful at both the restaurant and from room service. The ingredients are high in quality, and it’s probably one of my favorite hotel meals. Unfortunately, the level of service does not match that of the Hyatts I’ve visited in Asia. We tried requesting amenities/room service cart retrieval twice, and no one ever came. As for the front desk, some were pleasant while others quite cold and will hang up on you in the middle of talking. There’s no personal touch even if you’re celebrating a special occasion. If you’re booking through the FHR, you’re better off with the Langham. The $60 breakfast credit must be used each day or you lose it. They also don’t show you how exactly the credits were subtracted from your transactions upon check out. The Langham was more forthcoming, we simply saw all the daily F&B credits applied at the end of our 3 night stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights and the rooms were nice but we did have quite a few issues. 1- requested more towels and washcloths one evening, and was told they would be sent to my room immediately. We waited around and they never came that night. We then are awaken by a knock at the door at 6:43 am with the towels and washcloths…. 2. Was told by staff I would be able to see the New Years Eve fireworks from my lake (navy pier) facing room and planned my whole NYE based on that. Well, midnight comes and we could not see the fireworks!!! 3. The women’s steam room was not working during my stay and the spa staff acted as if it was my problem, not theirs. Also the spa is not what you would expect for a 5 star hotel. You have to walk through the spa to get to the gym and people can just walk by the waiting area (to go to pool,etc) while you are waiting for your spa appointment. In other words, it wasn’t a separate private area with the typical spa amenities such as a soaking pool, specialty showers, aromatherapy rooms, etc.
