Overall value, it would be hard to beat. It’s essentially 1.5 blocks away from Trump & the river. Chad that works there was great, our room was ready early. Check-in was simple and fast, the restaurant in lobby was great, coffee shop was convenient & rooftop was nice to have. Room service was consistent and never had to remind them. Room and hotel was very clean and nice decor. For what it cost to stay here, when we went, you can’t beat it. Staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and consider staying here again.

We had an absolutely great stay at this hotel. The food at the restaurant, Miss Ricky's was amazing. Our waitress Brookie was friendly and made the experience special. We were lucky enough to have Dave stop by our table and ask how we enjoyed our stay. Dave is the head of all the Virgin Hotels. We were so impressed that someone at his level is walking around the restaurant checking in with guests at their breakfast tables. I don't know where else that would happen besides a Virgin organization. When Dave found out we were getting married that day (not at the hotel). He went out of his way to make the day special. Of note was also the front desk person Chad who was friendly, helpful and made sure our deliveries made it to our hotel room with no snafus. Thank you Virgin for a great experience at a beautiful hotel in a great location!

Great hotel and staff. The room was smaller but laid out in a way that made it seem bigger. Lots of in room personal touches. Miss Ricky's is a great place for breakfast. The hotel location is super convenient to theaters and Michigan Ave.

We came to see Hamilton for my son’s 18th birthday. They left cake in our room for him (but no silverware, he figured it out- fear not!) which we loved. We set the plate outside the door and it was still there when we left 4 days later. Other than that, we adored the hotel, rooms were spacious and actual vanity space is a bonus. The coffee shop was great, and i got a wonderful cocktail at the rooftop bar. Every person we interacted with was wonderful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
