Greatly enjoyed my stay. I will divide the review into 6 sections. Room/building: stayed in the Park Suite. Room was emaculately clean. Finely furnished with good trim, lighting, decor, and technology. Lights, curtains, and shades are all automatic with TouchPad on your bed and around the room. Bathroom is large with beautiful tile, tub, recessed lighting, and nice bidet. TVs are hidden in a liftable mirror. Fridge is fully stocked. Service: Greeted well. We were carrying a grocery bag and quickly were offered their proprietary bag to place it in. Everything was explained in detail. The young man checking us in also remembered the name, addressing me properly after 2 days. Concierge was helpful in booking tickets and showing the city map. Housekeeping was excellent. Amenities: The lounge was unimpressive in what they offer for the cost. The saunas, pool, and fitness room were amazing. Very clean, stocked, and absolutely beautiful to relax in. Breakfast: Many Hyatt members agree it is the best breakfast they have ever had at Hyatt. I agree. Very good service and good tasting food. I do feel they use a machine for their coffee orders. Breakfast Chefs, good job! Location: 2 minutes from metro stop. 1 minute from main avenue of shops and tourist area. Very nice. Price: it is luxury. I was upgraded to the suite, and therefore did not care to pick at any details. If I paid full price, maybe I would find something negative. I do feel it is wrong to charge $50 to use a hair curler. It is written that "if you decide to use or keep the equipment, then you will be charged". I understood this to mean that if I take it, I will be charged full price, and assumed to use it 1 time would not cost me $50...

Had a great stay here with my husband. The service staffs were all lovely, helpful and attentive. The room is huge and very luxurious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow is too soft. The Concierge was quick to bring us memory foam pillows which solved our sleeping problem. Will definitely stay here again!

The service worries me. I was waiting for my partner at a table in the bar. An employee 10 minutes later reported that the table was reserved, although there was no sign. As an alternative, I was offered to hold the meeting at the bar, which is unacceptable. As well as the format of communication with guests. Forced to change the meeting place at the last minute.
