I recently stayed at a hotel located near the sea and close to the city center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and what truly stood out was the breathtaking sea view from my room. It's a place where you wake up to stunning vistas right outside your window. While they do offer parking, it comes at an additional cost of 6 Euros per night. However, the convenience of valet service makes up for it. The hotel also boasts a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is a great option for dining. One of the highlights of my stay was the responsiveness of the staff. They were quick to address any issues or concerns, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, I highly recommend visiting the top-roof restaurant for breakfast; the views from there were absolutely excellent and added to the overall charm of the hotel.

We recently spent a week at this hotel and I can honestly say that this stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with every need. The room itself was a haven of comfort, with beds that were incredibly plush and inviting, ensuring a restful sleep after long days sightseeing and shopping. The thorough and regular cleaning maintained a spotless environment, adding to the overall feeling of tranquility. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The generous spread catered to all tastes, with an array of options that ensured we started our days on a satisfying note. The fact that we could choose whatever we wanted made each morning feel special. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the accommodating staff. Their genuine care and concern made a stressful time significantly easier to handle. Every request was met with a smile and prompt action, whether it was arranging transportation or providing extra amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, not just for its fantastic facilities but for the warm and compassionate service that truly makes it stand out. The management and staff should be commended for creating an environment that feels like a home away from home, especially during challenging times. Emine, Hayrettin & Dursun on reception welcomed us warmly and booked us into our room very quickly after a long flight. They were charming and took care of ordering our taxis, excursions, shopping trips and were knowledgeable about local galleries and museums. Kaan has been indispensable to our stay at the hotel while my friend was recovering from an operation. He was able to guide us with all the information we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing has been too much trouble for all the staff in the hotel and we feel spoilt and happy. Muammer is super helpful and professional he is a credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. My friend was unable to get to breakfast and Muammer helped every morning bringing a tray to her room which helped her enormously and would def recommend hotel.
