It was very conveniently located with an underground station in front of it and many convenience stores, drugstores and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. It was also nice to be able to watch Japanese channels on the TV. The only disappointment was that there was something like wood shavings on the towels. I'm glad I noticed it, but I think it would have stuck if I had used it without noticing.

Conveniently located with polite staff and spacious rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again when we return!

Location is the best. Located just 10 steps away from the train station. Yes! 10-steps away! So near and so convenient with Family Mart and 7-11 just around the corner. If you are willing to walk, there are local eateries nearby and they have SWENSEN Ice Cream inside the hotel, serving western food and ice creams of course. Quiet hotel even its right next to the train tracks, very good soundproofing and very clean hotel. A tiny downside, no drinking cups, no electric teapot, no complementary coffee and tea ( not that we need but on 1 of the night I needed a hot drink cos I was really cold). Apart from this, it is a very highly recommended hotel.

This is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the shower stall felt a bit cramped. Basic amenities like bedside sockets were noticeably absent in the room. The timing of having to wait until 3pm for check-in, and then facing a 12:30pm check-out deadline, left me a bit puzzled. The front desk staff didn't exactly go above and beyond to assist, and their professionalism felt a bit lacking. The one positive was the hotel's convenient location. Looking back, I do wish I had chosen to stay at Howard Plaza down the street.

Had my stay from 29th Dec until 1st Jan. Everything was good except the cleanliness. My hands got very itchy on one of the nights and requested to change all quilt and bedsheet. I got my treatment right after I reached Malaysia on 2nd Jan and doctor has confirmed that the wound and itchiness is due to bed bugs. Hotel really needs to improve on this since it is claimed to be a 4-stars hotel.
