Firstly the photos advertise is confusing. I booked a standard room and it was to small to fit two person so we decided to upgrade the room. Take note that the small room will not even allowed you to open to luggage bag due to the small space. After upgrading the rooms with an additional 25% pay hike. The room has no heated toilet bowl and there were many mosquitoes. Water shower head was damage and after making a complain the staff said that the new stock will not arrive so they cant change the shower head . On top of that water leak in our room and partial of the room was flooded. Staff only work till 6pm and you have to text them during the night. Sadly we only got a reply the next afternoon regarding our water issue while using the room towels to dry up the flooding issue. It was expensive and one of the worst hotel I ever stay. Staff also only change your towel and empty the rubbish bins. They will not make up your bed or room. On of the worst hotel experience. Location wise is average but again you can get BETTER hotel nearby.

This hotel has no staff in the evening. We checked in using a computer at their front desk. You scan in your passport and a key spits out. But then, we get into the room and there is no wifi. We called all their customer service numbers and messgaged them. Nobody answered/responded. So we ended up leaving the key card at the front desk and booking another hotel because wifi is a priority and we were tourists with no sim card yet for Taiwan. The hotel finally responded.... 10 days later!..... with an offer of partial credit, about 10USD. 10 days later, though??! What kind of customer support is that? I would not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the area that have working wifi and staff on hand if you have an issue or question for the same price or less. Even though we got screwed over, hopefully someone reads this and at least they can avoid the same trouble.

Best value in this high end Taipei district. Room is clean. Has plenty of power plugs. It even has 2 USB charging plug in one wall power outlet. My room has a window. Bathroom design is good. Shower has plenty of space. There is no electronic safety box. Has an advanced cable tv software that has pay channels. You have to pay by credit card if you want to watch it. The standard tv is already good and has enough English channels on it . One channel was covering PGA golf. There is a shared kitchen upstairs. It has a full electric oven, electric element cooker, microwave, and a cold/hot water dispenser filter. There is even a coin washer and dryer on the balcony outside with washing detergent provided. I never come across a hotel like this in Taipei city. It's pretty good value. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. There is no full time reception at the check-in counter. After 6:30PM you check in if you have a reservation using the automatic check-in kiosk which it authenticated and spits out a room key card to allow me to enter my room. Shower head water pressure is high. Could use a pressure reducer.
