Amazing place perfect location! Every morning a delivery of fresh bread and croissants. The fridge has water milk yogurt butter juice 4 u. Nepresso machine and pods. Huge floor to ceiling windows and balcony great place for our family

My wife and I and our grown son met up in Bordeaux and were thrilled that we had booked here. The loft was perfect for 3 people with one separate bedroom with a large bed, and a comfy sofabed in the livingroom for our son. Fully equipped compact modern kitchen and as others have remarked, amazing croissants and baguette delivered to you door at 8:15 each morning, and the fridge stocked with butter, jam, orange juice, yogurt, water, etc so you can hit the ground running. Also noteworthy is the fact that the little but modern lift is working now so you don't have to carry your bags upstairs. And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, in the heart of bars and restaurants and the great modern public trams, our expectations for Bordeaux and especially the Patio De L'Intendance were exceeded beyond our dreams.
