They deserve a 100. Their service is excellent. From the entrance, there's a staff member to receive and welcome you with a smile. The reception staff services you with a smile. With no fail every morning, the reception staff will compliment us. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to rush for our transport in the morning they helped pack our food. The food is tasty, and they had variety . Rooms are cleaned every day, and they smell nice. Towels and gowns were changed every day. If ever I'm in Phuket , I will definitely book with them. The location is good, close to everything you might need.

Beds were comfortable. Great room sizes. Would like to have more then water in the mini bar. The lights always flickered when turning on. They came good eventually. Polite ppl. Breakfast was out of this world. Couldn't ask for a better breakfast. Pools were both clean.

My 2nd stay at this hotel. Location is great as 10 minutes from Bangla Road though off a side street so quiet a nice. 15 minute walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to Ontop Market. Room was fine, no complaints. Breakfast is good, wide variety and open at 6.30am so great if you have a trip for the day. Wifi coverage on the 9th floor is poor. Staff are pleasant and helpful thought my only complaint is after a neighbouring hotel caught fire, I had offered one of their guests my breakfast (which I paid for) as I was checking out before 6.30am though the Lady at the reception did not allow this which was sad considering the circumstances.

It is what it is! Rooms are basic, service was excellent & location is supreme. Yes it’s old but renovated & that’s why the price is competitive! The breakfast is really good, enjoyed my morning pancakes, French toast & eggs! They also start brekkie @ 6:30am so you can eat before going on any excursions. No issues, AC works well, elevator is slow but no problem & located is freaking good! Right in the birds nest. Good value for money. 4 starts because they need to upgrade to card system. Walking around with a physical key & keychain/tag takes a lot of space in the pocket. Would be ideal to have a card that I can just inert in to my wallet. Thank you for the awesome experience Patong Heritage!

Hotel not as good as it was depicted in the internet. Attempt to shorten the stay was rejected. Asked for refund but was refused. Lighting in the room was awful. The aircond was noisy and it malfunctioned middle of the night. Had to change room. Called the reception for laundry service and was rudely told I have to take down the clothes myself. So I had no choice but to move to a different better hotel. Have been to Thailand many times and have always enjoyed the hotels. This time I was really disappointed.
