A resort style hotel at independence monument area. The first impression to us was very nice. 2 pools in a lovely natural garden. Staff was friendly and checking in was smoothly. The room and bathroom was very spacious. However, the door has barely no soundproofing function. We could hear everything from the corridor. The breakfast was fine. In general it worths the money but not suitable for someone looking for quiet places like us.

The hotel seems quite basic with nothing extraordinary to mention. I am not sure of the earlier reviews, but I would not rate it more than 2/5. The breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet. While you can order anything you want, the options are quite limited and the food quality is just average. While we received a free upgrade to a suite room, the upgraded room's bathroom was too small. The quality of the cocktails during happy hour is below average, and the restaurant dinner food (we tried the Khmer curry) was also not great. We stayed at their Jacuzzi villa room too. It was next to the road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Plus, I slipped from the Jacuzzi stairs and injured my nose. They have not even installed anti-skid tiles next to the Jacuzzi area so it's quite dangerous for anyone. Please avoid this room at all cost. I would recommend booking another hotel, as the Pavilion is not at all worth it

Really nice hotel, it's a little cool and quiet oasis right in the city center. I would have given it 5 stars if the hotel were non-smoking (or had separate dedicated smoking areas), so that non-smokers wouldn't need to endure cigarette smoke at the pool or the restaurant.

The on-site poolside restaurant serves up some really tasty dishes, further enhancing the appeal of the hotel. The meals were satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. However, what truly sets Pavilion Hotel apart is the friendly and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality and professionalism make for a seamless and enjoyable stay. One point to note for future guests is the presence of mosquitoes, likely due to the lush surroundings. Make sure to come prepared with suitable repellents. All things considered, Pavilion Hotel offers a charming retreat at great value. Its serene ambiance, coupled with exceptional service and facilities, make it a noteworthy option for anyone visiting Phnom Penh
