Here is a very good location. It is also a comfortable stay with my long trip vacation, the room is very clean and it is also reasonably priced, especially they always assist me at all times. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately nobody in the hotel spoke English (observation). No hot water from the shower or kitchen sink. I could not communicate with reception as didn't speak English. Also difficult to order a cab. Website says they offer airport shuttle, this is not evident.

All the staff is very friendly and help you with anything you need especially Sreykeo. The coffee shop downstairs is very good and a nice working area. Pool has a great view and so does the gym. Good equipment in gym. Sauna and steam room is nice addition too. No problems with deposit or electric.

Very good quality hotel, very polite staff who helped me a lot, studio room is very clean and well furnished, with sink, washing machine, and microwave. Only 10 minutes from Thai embassy (with traffic) Coffee is very nice from the lobby and packet coffee is replaced daily by the maids. View from the pool is very nice in the evening and the WiFi is very good for Netflix and YouTube gym is also quite good considering it's included in the price. If I ever come to Cambodia again I will book this hotel. ❤ 5th September Came back some small problems but the last few years have been tough on everyone, the staff and hotel try really hard for guests. Google translate to khemer language(cambodian) makes things soo much easier. And they have a Facebook group that the reception desk check regularly or just ask at desk. Grab app is good for taxi. Need a cambodian sim card and to put money on it. Cambodia doesn't have 5g network yet and Internet isn't first world quality but gets you by 🙏

Soho's staff were very friendly and competent, especially Ms. Thavy and Mr. Matey. It is a new building, so there are no bugs, the rooms are clean, and located in BKK, downtown. If you have a plan to visit Phnom Penh, I would highly recommend it. When I was in trouble, they were willing to comfort me and to contact & persuade various government offices to help me return home safely. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you again. "Hi~ Ms. Thavy~ Thank you so much. Bye-bye~" If I have a chance to visit Phnom Penh again, I will definitely visit again.
