Overall a good hotel considering cost benefit. Rooms seemed a bit more outdated then shown in the photos, however comfortable enough and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was good and hotel facilities are also nice. Pool is a bit cool but perfect to cool down and relax after a long and warm day. Staff was very welcoming and spoke a very good level of English. I felt well assisted in every moment. Everyone there was super polite. The location is also good, 15 minutes walking from the Khao San Road and a 30 min walk from the royal palace and other temples. My only complain is that indeed to access the hotel you have to go through some narrow alleys that are not very pleasant. But apart from that, I was happy with the choice to stay there!

Personal didnt speak english, hard to get what you needed. Location stated as good but it was a nightmare to get a taxi there even we tried multiple apps. Yes it is 15 minutes walking distance from Khaosan rd. but other places are hard to reach. Rooms were not clean, dust in the corners. For breakfast you have poor selection and 30 minutes before end of breakfast there is almost nothing left! They dont fill it after maybe 9am. Neighborhood is noisy from locals and streets are dirty and smelly around the hotel. Cheaper but not worth. Definitly the worst booking we had in Thailand.

The room was clean, but it needs some improvements as it is a bit old. The common spaces and the pool are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helped us even before arrival with the confirmation required for visa. The location is a little bit far from the main tourist objectives, but we used Grab and it was fine

This is a very rundown and tired looking hotel with stains on the walls and bathroom tiles and wallpaper peeling off. Our room key/lock was faulty and it would take us 5-10 minutes every time just to get it to open. When we explained this to reception we were told that they only have one keycard for each room and they can sometimes be faulty. Nothing they can do. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a 10 minute walk from Khosan Road. This is another example of a business that desperately requires some basic investment and improvements but the owners aren’t willing as long as people keep paying for rooms. My advice, look elsewhere.

It’s an average hotel. Old style room. Though the name says khaosan but you have to take a tuktuk to get to khaosan. Also it is situated is a narrow road and Even grad drivers got confused . Their breakfast time is (7:00-10:00am) but saddest thing is there was one lady on service for dinning area . People who came late had to take their food on small half plates as no one bothered to fill in and also they put broken and stained plates to buffet breakfast. Ridiculous
