Enjoyable place to stay, fairly quiet rooms and for London, it's actually pretty clean. Breakfast is great, although it's the same stuff every day every time I visit. But again, for other hotels in this price range in the inner London, this one is hard to beat when looking for a good stay in close proximity of Westminster

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Friendly, helpful staff, clean room (and fairly quiet, not much noise from other rooms or the street), very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, and great location. Would come back here anytime. Thanks for everything!

Our experience at the Pembridge was very enjoyable. I have given 4 stars for the room because of the size, they are quite compact and 'quaint' but clean and well serviced. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. We would like to make a special mention of the customer service we received from Adam. He greeted us on our arrival, went above and beyond to arrange transports for us and said goodbye as we left. Thank you

The staff is great! Adam is super welcoming and they accommodate you for most things. The location is close to Hyde Park and Portobello Market. The rooms are good and thankfully, the weather in early July wasn’t too hot since there’s no AC in the rooms. They are equipped with small fans. Our family of 4 had 2 singles and one double bed. One single was on the lower floor and the other beds were in a loft area with a low ceiling. My tall husband didn’t love that part and even my children bumped their head on the ceiling a couple of times. The fridge was equipped with water bottles, which was nice. We weren’t able to check in early, probably due to requiring a specific room for our family. A couple were able to check in early (noon) when we were leaving. The breakfast was quite good for 11 pounds but it was confusing as to whether we had to pay for children or not. We were unable to charge it to our room and had to prepay for the breakfast.

American tourist perspective. For the price this hotel has everything. A safe, centrally located neighborhood.The rooms are small. Small. But it is clean, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. Has a great coffee maker in the lobby, and offers breakfast. What sets the hotel apart is the service. From Antonio and Mohammed at the front desk to housekeeping, they are accommodating and have a great guest first mentality. 5 minute walk to Hyde Park and less to 2 underground stations. Book it.
