The apartment has a bad smell when you enter. There are lots of stains everywhere as well as very poor bed sheets. It felt like I was sleeping on rocks. One of the biggest problems was the amount of roaches in my apartment. Everywhere I would sit or look at I would see a roach whether it was on the coach, in the cabinets or simply roaming around on the carpet. I made a complaint about the roaches but they never did anything about it. There was lots of dust everywhere, the furniture was dirty and outdated while they were also torn and ripped. The wifi connection was terrible so I had to waste my data if sitting on my phone and overall really bad stay. I definitely will not be coming here again.

We used to come to this hotel a lot, but this trip was not good. The hotel is old and outdated and the room is quite dirty, the pillow had yellow spots on it and so did the curtains, the bathroom doesn't even have a lock. The location is good, but it's safe to say I will not stay here again.

Not the best place we have stayed at in the Gold Coast,Surfers Paradise. Highlight would be the Pool area for sure. Apartment needs alot of repairs done to it. Spare bedding had stains on them. Drinking Glasses were still dirty. Set up from the carpark to the Apartment entry was a nightmare. Our designated parking space was on the corner of what was a very tight space and we had a Kia Carnival as a rental. Parking that was a nightmare. 6 days stay and we didn't even have a new roll of toilet paper on the holders in either bathroom and the "spare" paper were also half used. 7 of us staying there and it wasn't a cheap place. Location was good. Coles on the bottom floor and the main section of shops was only a few minutes walk away.
