We booked with Q Stay for a room on Level 17, Room number 2172. Unfortunately, it's been our worst experience in an apartment. There's a pervasive bad smell throughout – from sofas to carpet, cushions, and beds. The beds and sofas are extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom curtain is half-broken, compromising privacy. The room lacks wash rack , a hairdryer, a smart TV, and a headboard for the bed. Instead of a king bed, it's two single beds attached. The sofa bed and bathroom door are also broken, making our stay unrelaxing and quite frustrating.

Absolutely loved staying here, the room was spacious and had everything you needed! The beds were comfortable and view was stunning! The cherry on top was the beautiful big spa bath joined to the master overlooking the ocean! The convenience of being so central to everything was so good! The gym had a good variety of machines and the indoor and outdoor pool were lovely! Thank you for a perfect stay! Only one thing that we noticed was that the dishwasher needs a deep clean as it had a bad smell coming from it - but it was a minor thing compared to everything else being perfect!

We stayed at apartment 2447 and unfortunately the maintenance has been neglected. Several ceiling lights burned, some furniture really worn out and disintegrating, internet down several times per day, cockroaches in bedroom, hole in bedroom wall patched over but not painted, living room carpet pealing off from one end of the room, Aircon filters and grilles not cleaned, Kitchen range hood covered with grease. Can not recommend...
