0 value for money. Everything from check in to check out was horrible. Reception is on the first floor and there is no lift so if you have luggage you may struggle considering the stairs are uneven and difficult. We initially got one bedroom for 4 but after seeing the room we ended up paying for one more room. The room for 4 was TINY, no room to move around at all. They stuffed just a bed and a sofa bed together in a room and called it a room for 4. Absolutely ridiculous. No room for you to even put your bags and to get ready. The other room had a bed frame and pillows that looked so dirty I was disgusted of sleeping. The bed was also uncomfortable so you can’t really sleep anyway. The wi fi is so slow, almost non-existent. There is no air conditioning, only 1 table fan for the whole room that did nothing in the scorching hot summer. During check out we ordered a taxi and we agreed with the receptionist that we will pay 700czk for the ride. AFTER we were dropped off, the driver demanded 2500czk in cash. We were confused and we called the receptionist she said “sorry I didn’t know the big car charges extra”!! She didn’t even take the responsibility or anything. We ended up paying triple the amount we agreed on. An absolute scam and a disgusting place. will never ever go back! The only good thing about it is the location but even that is not a good enough reason for me to stay there again.

5 minute walk to Astronomical Clock. Room was nice and clean. Didn’t really have much interaction with any staff apart fron the receptionist who issued the key. Only thing is that it isn’t a good place for people with leg/knee issues. This place hasn’t got a lift so we needed to carry all our pieces of luggage all the way to the top floor to reach our rooms.

Really nice staff. Perfect location and easy to access. the room lacks air conditioning, so is very hot in the summer.

Personally, i was extremely dissapointed with the room. Wasnt expecting much in terms of size and cleanliness. But seeing that much dust and dirt all over the place (in such tiny rooms) was almost disgusting. I cancelled the room the same evening and did not stay for the night. + Very nice and polite staff + Restaurant right under the pension - Mold in the bathroom - The rooms are no where nearly clean once you look under the bad or sofa - paint stains on the floor and walls - Photos of the rooms look way better than the actual conditions - Hair on the bed
