That was the worst experience that I’ve ever had. The rooms are not even close to the photos. Totally different. Had no one to show the rooms just got a text message where are the keys. When you call them, they say they have no time to speak with you just write a message. Rooms was dirty( opened chips, pasta insinde the drawer), cold, light barely working. Have never seen that before.

I would give a zero star if possible. Booked this place through Hotels.com, sent an email to the owner a day before arriving in Graz and didn’t get an answer. Arrived in Graz and called him because we couldn’t find this place and he told me that he does not have any rooms available even though my booking was a guaranteed booking. He simply asked us to look for a different hotel. I had to spend time and more money to go around and look for a room. He was trying to tell me that he does not work with hotels.com anymore but this place is still for rent on hotels.com.
