nice hotel but still in building process. there was a whole floor wing - our floor ,under construction . it wasn’t safe proofed. anyone could wander in there and get hurt .we arrived late night . there was no one at the desk . I liked that we could get the key card from the key box . no check in. then we couldn’t get in to the room. the key card was not working and there was no one who could help us . I found a number to call in case of emergency . a man picked up I could hear children in the background . we woke him up as it was around 3 am. so he said he come in soon. so we waited .the man then came and showed us how the card works. so it’s only one way how to open the door with the card . it needs to be in the exact position to touch the lock to be able to unlock the door .of course we didn’t know as we visited many hotels before and it didn’t Matter in what position the card was- the door would open. you have to pay for the parking close to the hotel and it is not cheap. on the other hand the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. we didn’t have time to visit the plane restaurant, unfortunately. but it looked cool.. the location is also good. so I would recommend to upgrade the touch locks and the key cards or share more clear instructions also in English . the pool looked nice and clean .also the wellness place.

The airplane on the roof is an exciting tourist attraction. The rooms are spacious, clean and the balconies are a nice touch. Breakfast is well thought out and plentiful; you won't be hungry. The staff is accommodating, considerate, and speaks multiple languages. And did I mention dogs are allowed? I enjoyed the possibility to check in late, even after the reception was closed at 21:00. Recommend the Hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

Location: Located a bit outside from the city, more relaxed area. Spa: I loved the spa, it’s a real spa department and not just a hotel “spa”. You should definitely try it out the. Rooms: I tried out two of their rooms. The first one was NOT good but then I changed to a superior room and that one was first class. Smelled good and fresh with a view. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for their spa, superior rooms and breakfast
