The room they gave us was not even close to the photos on the page. The bed was too small and without air conditioning. Hair in the bathroom. Awful. We made the claim and they moved us to a room that was like the photos but with disgusting details. The air conditioning drains into the shower, the shower does not drain and has dirt stains. The windows don't close properly, you can hear the entire Masaryk street, which is very noisy. Any claim is impossible to make because there is no reception, this “hotel” is no man's land.

Yeah. You really have ants in the room. There is no parking, the rooms are in poor condition for a hotel in Polanco. You have to drive a block and a half and pay for private parking.

This place is a crappy place, a 5a hotel, it even has ants and is nothing like the photos they publish. When you make a claim they tell you that basically you have already paid and there is no way to change it. There is never anyone at the reception and even the toiletries were already used 🤢
