Terrible booking service. They cancelled my reservation because of alleged erroneous booking information without so much as an email or phone call beforehand. I used the exact same information to book another hotel in the same week on the same platform and had no issues. I had called to confirm three days prior also. I showed up to find out my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked. Would never attempt to stay again. Buyers beware.

They canceled my reservation only one day before I arrive with the false claim that my credit card isn't valid. They weren't even supposed to charge my credit card until I arrive, but I use this credit card for all my travel and it is valid.

This was a nice boutique hotel in the midst of downtown Mexico city. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to keep the temperature where we wanted it. The only problem was the sink faucet screen was broken and was difficult to use. We were able to use it with little problems. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful for any needs including transportation.
