The room was smaller than I expected. The toilet with shower next to it is uncomfortable because all the time the seat is getting wet and after shower so much water is near the toilet seat. (Is not provided a drain hole) The toilet is very small. And there is no space in the room at all. The wardrobe is very small. We had just 3 hangers and not any other space. You can find a seif in the wardrobe, which is nice if you want to keep your items safe. But like I said, you don't have space to put your clothes. We stayed in room 102. The breakfast is on the roof, which is an amazing idea. Here, you have a wonderful view. Staff is very friendly But everything else is amazing apart from the small room (which was tidy and clean). 😊 This hotel is right in the centre of Taksim, where you have access to all the restaurants and shops.

Scam, stay away if possible. Staff gave us an economy room when we booked a standard one, this happened to other people I know as well, this way they can sell the higher class room again for better money. Staff was also rude, refused to give me an umbrella when just 5 minutes before they were offering multiple ones to a woman. Room and bed was incredibly small, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms, also a strong sewage smell in the room. Good side of this "4 star hotel": cleaning service was good, got us new towels and toiletries daily, breakfast was adequate, location is very central. Thats about it. We did not have high expectations for the price but scamming us was not right. Stay away, you can find better hotels for the same price.

horrible hotel was meant to stay for 4 night ended up leaving after the second, there were bed bugs abd beetles walking around the bed, all over my clothes and under the mattress were red bugs 100% an unclean hotel. went to the reception and was accused of bring bed bugs into the rooms. wod not recommend.

I will not recommend anyone to this particular hotel for several reasons First, they wanted to enter our room without permission while we were changing our clothes. The hotel is not a safe place for women at all. If a man is with you, there is no problem Second, the access road to İstiklal Street is not direct and there are alley after alley to reach İstiklal Street and Taksim Square. Third, The bathroom and toilet were separated by transparent glass, which was not suitable at all, and the cleanliness was very poor so we did not use the hotel's free breakfast. In general, I will never come to this hotel on my next trip and never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value, all in all, Location steps from main happenings Taksim square and Estiklal and all bara and clubs.. we upgraded to deluxe room with king and and single bed with great view. Breakfast is on the rooftop with panoramic view.. breakfast quality is mediocre could be better and improved! But the view cancels out all gaps!! Room cleanliness can improve as well. Main pillow cover and sheets were all acceptable but all other throw pillow covers would use a bit of cleaning! All in all good experience! Great value.
