Peradise hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk to Galata bridge, 5 minutes to Istiklal Caddesi. Great base in Beyoglu. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Good Wi-Fi, fridge and AC in the rooms (we didn't need to use the heater in February because the room was always warm). Hot water always available. Our deluxe double room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are fine for us. Everything is perfect. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Comfortable room, perfect cleanliness, cozy bathroom, air conditioner (with warming function), great location, friendly staff, view out of the window which you may fall in love with. One of the best stays I ever experienced.

Incredibly rude staff. Refused my confirmed reservation. Booked me in another hotel without my consent. Didn’t contact me. Said they would meet me at Galata Tower and then didn’t show. What’s the big deal? It’s 11 30 at night. The prima doña tells me he is canceling my reservation because I’m upset and says he’s not going to do anything to help. Says he will lie to his boss when I come and complain. Positive reviews are meant for another hotel not this placr
