I have to say all the staff are very friendly and helpful however, it’s not a 4-star hotel maximum is 2 star paying $74 P/N completely ripping me off I stayed 6 nights my room was cleaned 4 times after I made an complaint- old bedsheet, old towel, old pillow cover I’m sure you can do better than that if you wanted more customers. You can find much better place for that price

This is cheapest Hotel and value for money hotel in the area, i had a large room self contained, wifi, TV screen with channels, sofa, lift services. everything was neat. Everyday the room was cleaned. The Hotel staff were very professional, not rude and ready to help any time. I will surely recommend someone to book here, or ill book here once i come back to instanbul.

The staff are friendly however, it is the worst hotel I have ever seen, you have to asked them to clean your room even if they do it’s still dirty, rooms are very small- fridges doesn’t work. No toilet lead- breakfast room under the ground-don’t throw your money away.

I’m not really picky but this place a mess. Cons: -Bad location (street is full of auto shops) -bad breakfast (the dining area is in a basement with little light) and food is really low quality, didn’t touch a thing -towels had stains -view is of a construction site -ventilation is really loud -after first day cleaning removed used towels and did’t bring fresh ones. The bed sheets were not changed -staff is friendly but useless -shower water is only cold or boiling -old furniture and finishes -tv didn’t work Pro: -free bottled water -hair dryer in bathroom

The Hotel was not in tourist area. So if you want to go to Taksim Square, you have to clime up the long stairs. The room was ok but wasn't so clean. The toilet and the room have mold odor that was really uncomfortable. Sometimes the electricity goes down and the hotel has to run the diesel motor, the emissions of the motor goes in the room and the smell was really terrible. Speaking with the manager didn't bring anything to change the room. The personal were really friendly but we will not stay again in such a hotel.
