Oh dear lord is the expression I had when I saw the room during check in. The good reviews seems to be either dated or fake as the place is no where close to the pictures online. Pathetic room quality, worst washroom, not even basic amenities like Kettle and coffee in the room. We paid €150 per night as it was end of august peak rates and this property is not even worth €50. All mr Peter , mr owner cared about was how to ensure he can upsell us to take this 35€ worth cab service which we did by the way to the port. Sweet but fake owner who would never come for help when actually in need. 2 days of nightmare we had. Would never recommend this property. What a waste of money to get like what, walking distance from the beach?! Hilarious. Looters!

Péter is an amazing host, very helpful, flexible and nice. In addition to the great stay he gave me some advices to manage my first day at Mykonos, and kept my luggage at his place on the last day so I can enjoy the beach before leaving. The studio was ready on time, clean and equipped for a short stay. It is located in a street that has several restaurants and supermarket, bakery, hairdresser and many other things and it's 2 mins walk to the beach. They were cleaning the studio daily and changing towels, provided good wifi and a very beautiful smile.
