I inquired with the owner about the availability of two cribs for our twins. Initially, the owner confirmed their availability. However, after I made the booking, the owner unexpectedly cancelled our reservation, citing an inability to accommodate our request for cribs.

My wife and I recently stayed at Vrachos Suites Mykonos for a week-long vacation. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, there were a few drawbacks that affected our overall experience. Overview: Vrachos Suites Mykonos is located in a vibrant area, but it does have some shortcomings that impacted our stay. The hotel boasts attractive decor and offers amenities such as a hot tub on the balcony, which was a definite highlight. Negatives: Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, loud noises emanating from the below butchers were a constant disturbance during both day and night. It was quite baffling why a hotel would be constructed above a noisy establishment without proper soundproofing. Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues. On the first night, the curtains in our room leaked, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the safe in our room malfunctioned, emitting an irritating beeping sound. The lack of soundproofing extended to the rooms themselves, making it feel like we had to whisper and compromising our privacy. We were also taken aback when construction work commenced next to our new room without any prior notification, causing disturbance when workers accessed the balcony. Furthermore, the absence of sufficient storage for clothes in the room was a notable inconvenience. The cleaners often arrived early in the morning, which was inconvenient for us, as we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility in their schedule. Towards the end of our trip, we also encountered an unpleasant odor on the balcony. Positives: Amidst these setbacks, there were some positive aspects worth mentioning. The shower in our room was delightful, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep throughout our stay. We were pleased to find that the television in our room allowed us to access our streaming services, offering a personalized entertainment experience. The hotel's decor was tastefully done, creating an inviting ambiance. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our stay was the balcony, complete with a hot tub, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Conclusion: Our stay at Vrachos Suites Mykonos had its ups and downs. While we appreciated the comfortable bed, delightful shower, and the balcony with a hot tub, the noise issues, maintenance problems, lack of storage, early cleaning schedule, and occasional unpleasant smell were significant drawbacks. We hope that the hotel management takes these concerns into account and works towards resolving them to enhance the overall guest experience.
