In comparison to another hotel we stayed at in Phi Phi island this was a huge upgrade in comfort. It is far enough away from the party area so you don’t get disturbed by the music and still close enough to get you there in a couple of minutes. The rooms looks nice but it felt a bit awkward that if one missed to close the curtain that the neighbors could stare at you after your shower. The beds are quite stiff that some other people also mentioned. Staff are very friendly.

I do not like to review places. However, I feel that this review is necessary. This place has some pros, the location is great barely any noise even though is in a busy area. The staff super polite would greet you every time. Now here come the cons. As soon as I walked into the room a very strong moldy smell, every time I turned the shower on a sewage smell would come along. The beds super uncomfortable they made my back hurt along with tossing and turning all night long. The place was pretty bad that I booked 5 nights and I left on the 3rd night. My room was towards the back of the building and the wifi never worked. The hotel has a beach but with all the longtail boats docked it is not enjoyable. Not worth the price.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This place is an utter dump. The rooms are completely outdated and the whole establishment is in need of some serious TLC, does not match up to advertised. The rooms are mildewed and even with the AC on it feels like you are sleeping in a permanently soggy towel. YUCK! The reception staff is polite and friendly though and it is a very close walk to the pier. It is definitely way overpriced for what you are getting which is a 2 star at best and only for the helpful staff.

This place was one of the worst places we stayed in during our trip to Thailand. The receptionist lady with the specs was beyond rude, she was ill mannered, and it was tough to tolerate her really. Hospitality was too bad. We paid 3k baht to upgrade our rooms as our previous rooms were super disappointing. Even after the upgrade, our room has dirty sheets, dirty balcony and hundreds of mosquitoes. We told her to show us more rooms and she denied saying that rooms aren't available. However most of the rooms were empty, she just didn't want to make an effort. Breakfast was below average. Restaurant stays close for most of the day, and hence there's no room service. Very unpleasant staff and property. Please steer clear of this one for sure!!!! There are plenty of other stays around this hotel, GO FOR THOSE INSTEAD!!

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there was a serious mosquito issue in the room. Despite always keeping the door and terrace closed, there seemed to be an infestation behind the nightstand, as numerous mosquitoes emerged when I moved it. This resulted in an excessive number of bites all over my body, more than I've ever experienced elsewhere. Furthermore, the experience with the reception was less than pleasant. I was called at 10 AM on my departure day and bluntly informed that check-out was at 11 AM and I needed to leave. When I expressed my surprise, as no other hotel had treated me this way, the receptionist simply insisted that I had to vacate by 11 AM. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
