My stay at the Phoenix Hotel in London was simply exceptional. The staff, with their kindness and attentiveness, made me feel at home from the very beginning. Impeccably clean facilities and a delightful breakfast added a special touch to my vacation. Every detail at the Phoenix Hotel contributed to creating an unforgettable experience. A great hotel close to communications at both Queensway, Bayswater and slightly longer to Royal Oak metro. The beds were good and it was silent and dark so I could sleep well every night. Good breakfast every morning. My only worry is that the rooms could get hot in summertime since there are no AC. I was there in mild January, so didn't experience high level temperatures. Could stay in the area again!

Staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful! The rooms were of impeccable cleanliness. Within 5 minutes by foot one can reach Queensway and Bayswater and therefore three different tube lines. Only negative aspects: - rooms are tiny. Impossible to be shared with comfort. The radiators were running all day and night without a knob to turn it off. Windows are loose and made noise when facing winds. - breakfast is a downer. Very little options and only toast for bread. Also very few available tables. (We stayed there in the busy Christmas period). BUT: Restaurant staff was still very helpful to find us a table asap.

Really quick check-in. The room was lovely. Spotlessly clean (I teach hospitality and everything was very well cleaned etc. Well done to the team here). The bed was super comfy - I had the very best sleep. The bathroom was nice with an excellent shower and lots of hot water. Breakfast the next morning was continental and I was pleased with it - it started my day well. Great location - 4 mins from Bayswater Station, 2 mins from a Tesco / Boots, 7 minutes to Hyde Park entrance. Very safe hotel / very safe area from what I could see (and I did go out late at night for a walk and saw no issues).
