This is place is conveniently located and that is what i like about this hotel. A few minutes walked to the beach and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. So many different cuisines to choose from. Room and bed are OK. The front desk and the housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You can always ask for extra towels, waters etc. The internet speeds can be spotty, it will be a challenge if you are planning to work from this hotel. I managed during my stay but it would be nice to have a stable internet speed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I definitely will stay here again next time when i am back to Da Nang.

The least comfortable stay I have had in Vietnam so far. Ants everywhere, the walls are caked with dirt, and the curtains have so many stains on them. We weren't expecting like an actual luxury hotel but we were definitely uncomfortable and grossed out. Don't recommend at all. The reception area looks nice?

I had to pay an extra fee, because I was there at 10am. My room was already done, so there was no point, not to let me in, except the rule. The stuff on the reception was very friendly and kind, but that’s the worst service I ever had. Otherwise I would give 4 stars, but that is unacceptable for me.

I had very bad experienced with this hotel 👎🏽 We would not stay here again! Every early morning around 8 o’clock they did construction at the first floor with the entrance. The first day we went to talk with the reception and they said today it was the last time to making noise so that why we keep stay one more night, actually I need to stay only one night if they still work with the noise like this.(bty we books for 4 night) On the second day in the morning the construction started to making noise again. We decided to check out immediately and I asked to paid only for one night. The room a bit old and not much clean, the water not hard, the bed so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep, no restaurant in the hotel and very badly to hard to have conversations with staff. The management not so bad because if the hotel still under the construction and too disturbed the customer in the morning like this they should close or start work late as lease at 10 o’clock, and they didn’t inform to us about this. The place not nearby the beach.
