Security is very nice. The pool is pretty. The view of the mountains is phenomenal. Wifi could be better.

This place, It's wonderful for Relaxing and Working. Long term & Short-term. Mountain, Sea & City View. Big Balcony. Elevator. Big Swimming pool. Fitness room. 24 security. CCTV. Cover Parking Area Car & Motor Bike. Walking 2 minutes to Supermarket and Bar. Driving 2 minutes to Patong Beach.

Wonderful change about this place in the past year. Owners got together and removed old management as it was not liked by many, and not transparent. Now the owners have control, all is transparent and seeing awesome improvements daily!

The place is very run down. Everything is old. The pool looks nice but tiles, walls and floor are all cracking which left pieces and sand all over. Bathroom has no wet and dry area, it's all connected. Security system set by the office is pretty non-sense. As it is now a condominium not anymore a hotel, you were still asked to leave friends' IDs if you have visitors. Does not matter if it's boys or girls, Thais or foreigners. Security guys are relatively rude and disrespectful accept one guy who is always smiling and helpful. Way too expensive for what you get. Highly NOT recommended.
