If I could give a thousand negative starts I would! This place doesn’t deserve any business and the reason for that it’s because they are completely reckless, inconsiderate and irresponsible! I had a reservation confirmed with them from Nov. 27th-30th as I was going for the lantern festival. First of all, when I got there at 8:05am nobody was there and on the hostel description says they are there from 8am. I waited about 25 minutes until I was able to get in and that was because a girl staying there was leaving and let me in otherwise I would be sitting outside for at least 45 min which was when a lady showed up. They also say on the description they speak English, also not true. Communication with them is extremely hard, almost none. For my surprise even though I had a confirmed reservation they told me they were fully booked for the 27th, no apologies, and didn’t care to try to help me find a place. While I was trying to solve my situation for that night so I wouldn’t have to sleep on the streets, about another 12 people came in and heard the same thing: we are full! The funny part is that for some people they cared enough to call every single hotel in the area to find a place for them to stay and even PAID for it, and for others they just didn’t give a F…! The most interesting part of all of this was that I never saw even ONE guy coming in and not having a place to stay, it happened just to girls. I ended up having to go to a hotel that was super far away and not in a convenient place where I could take advantage of the places I wanted to go see. The place smells like sewer, they are never at the reception. I spent 5 hours of my vacation there trying to find a place that could have me. I’m beyond disappointed and mad with such a disrespect! They are completely disorganized so be careful when booking this place, you might end up going through the same thing I went through and I don’t wish that to anybody!
