Nice hotel, staff are very fast to resolve issue. We booked 3 rooms with twin single beds initially we got assigned 406, 407, 408. However they all came with double beds. Staff quickly realised the mistake and change us to 401 and 416. Love the welcoming drink and little snacks. Rooms are clean and bright. Bathroom is small but manageable. Hot water is good pressure and correct temperature. We have kettle for early morning coffee. However what we don’t have is a safe. That is not the worst part of the hotel. Around 2230-2330h the amount of planes landing is roughly 5-10 minutes apart. The flight over will resume the next day at 6:18 am. Another horror is the elevator, they did stated 4 person or 320kg weight loading. We struggled to fit three medium size guys. If you have luggage than max is two person in the lift. Gym is very small, more like a cardio and using room card access. Wifi is very good no good dropout during the day. Location is not too bad as well, walking to distant to heap of eateries and laundry mat .

On the surface, this hotel seems like a good hotel. Rooms are an ok compact size, clean, tidy and modern. It's a little away from the main and busier areas of Chiang Mai which could be good or bad, but even though it's away from the centre there's still restaurants, bars and other businesses within walking distance. Rooms come with a fridge, Thai style US / Europe power points, TV, instant coffee and tea, bathrobes, air conditioning, and small desk. The hotel also had a fitness centre but it was very limited with only a few cardio machines. However, there's no safe or wardrobe, just a hanging rack. That's also no logical place to put luggage and you'll likely put your luggage in an area somewhat blocking something. Servicing the hotel is only one lift that's really small and you could only really fit about 3 people in it before it gets very tight. One other major potential problem is we had noise from flights passing over and the windows are not sound proofed or double glazed. However, there seemed to be no flights from just after 11 pm through to 6am. There's a restaurant within the hotel, a lobby sitting area and some free snacks and sweetened chrysanthemum tea.

Lot of fly and mosquito, extra towel charged 100 THB. Not cozy to stay but good location.

I recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Affordable prices - Rooms are sufficiently clean - Enough supply of water/towels in the room - Unlimited supply of water available at the reception However, there are a couple of negative points to note: - The toilet room is small - The elevator is also small That's it. Over all, great hotel for someone looking for affordable hotel.
