My wife, child, and I stayed for two nights. We found this hotel by chance on a website and immediately made a reservation. Upon our arrival, the moment we checked in, everything felt like paradise. The bed had the perfect firmness, the shower was exceptional, and the attention to detail in the interior design with flawlessly arranged furniture was impressive. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional. Whenever we made a request over the hotel phone, they attended to it immediately. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and truly impressed us. We’ve stayed in various hotels before, and I usually find something to critique, but this hotel was all positives feeling with not a single negative feeling. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for allowing us to have such a fulfilling holiday. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

I stayed here with my husband and daughter for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Quiet area right near the best restaurants, views, sites. Easy 5-10 min walk into the main part of town. The hotel itself is well designed. These are cave homes that have been meticulously refurbished. I've stayed in a cave home before that was a bit damp and musty (as they can get in the heat), but these have been fitted with dehumidifiers and modern amenities. The room was spotless and lovely. Also, a special thank you to the front desk staff who handled a challenge we presented to them with professionalism and grace. My husband got suddenly ill (virus) while we were there and the front desk took care of calling a doctor in the middle of the night to come help. I cannot thank them enough. They really took care of us. I cannot recommend this place more!

Horrible service. We had a reservation for two nights and when we arrived we notified front desk that we will be staying just for a night, she told me no problem as long as Travelocity is ok with it. The morning after we went to talk to the front desk staff and I showed her screenshot of my conversation with Travelocity customer service requesting this change, she said she was waiting for confirmation from Travelocity. When we came back in the afternoon to check out they said they were going to charge me for both nights because that was the hotel policy. Very dishonest on their part since it was not what I was told the day before or that morning when they told me they were waiting for Travelocity’s response. Avoid this place.

A beautifully designed new hotel. Not a cent spare for the high end furnishing. Comfortable bedding, meticulously cleaned, spacious room with great view. I can just sit at the window all day long, stayed in room 41. Great location in Sassi, about 7 min walk uphill to town centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dominic, in particular was delightful at breakfast every morning. Highly recommend this hotel. The only issue is parking. Parking is expensive at 38 euros a night if we need to use their affiliated carpark. Those carpark charges you according to the hotel you stay. Obviously, the higher end the hotel, the more they charge. I’m happy to pay for expensive hotel, but not for 38 euros a night and requires us to leave our car keys with them. We ended up finding free street parking, which was another 5 min walk from town centre. That didn’t really spoil our stay.

Stylish and simply wonderful. The attention to detail and excellent taste in the décor throughout the hotel is very tasteful. The breakfast was full of delicious local produce and exquisite sweets by the very passionate chef. Special mention Domenico the (Maitre d') and Erica (Room Manager) who where extremely friendly and professional. Even the housekeeping were fabulous. In all were were left with a truly exceptional hotel experience.
