I love the hospitality in this hotel I was treated like a queen. Claudia warm my food up gave me water and help me fine a grocery store. I just want to say that all workers here in this hotel Alessio, Antonio, Gilbert, Claudia, and Ana gave me the best quality service. Domenico’s coffee was delicious. I’m so pleased with the hospitality that I’m planning to come back. The rooms were nice and clean and everything in order. Also, all of my questions were answered and they even made a tour reservation for me. All of my needs were met. I felt safe and happy here. I have it a 5 star.

Excellent modern hotel. Good breakfast selection. Comfy beds. Small but good shower. Super friendly staff on reception.

Very clean and comfortable. We spent one night only as we had booked an air BnB in the Sassi. Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and coffee was very good!
