The sunset our first night was so beautiful!!! I have only great things to say about our stay! The location was great! Centrally located to walk to all the sites! Alberto was so helpful and communicated with us before we even arrived to help make our stay even better! He arranged our transfer to and from the train station which definitely made it stress free! They have many additional services to really help make your stay comfortable and stress free! And our rooms were perfect for our family! We traveled with our 2 adult daughters and we stayed in the family suite and it was perfect! I would definitely stay again and already have recommended them to family and friends!

Rome-tastic Experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From the moment we stepped into this secret hide-out in the heart of Rome, it felt like we had discovered a gem! Location? Perfect! Every iconic spot was just a leisurely walk away. The hospitality? Top-notch! We were welcomed with warmth, cleanliness, and delightful attention to detail. And oh, those cookies! Paired with the perfect coffee, it became our favourite morning ritual. But the real cherry on top? Their fantastic recommendations! Thanks to their guidance, we dived deep into Rome's rich history, savoured the most authentic dishes, indulged in the creamiest gelatos, and sipped on exquisite local coffees. If you want to experience Rome like a true Roman, this is THE place to stay. Can't wait for our next Roman holiday! 🇮🇹❤️

Our stay at Picoola Navona was exceptional. The bed was a dream, offering the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The breakfast was a delight, with a selection of delicious options. We loved our stay here. Alberto was available, communicative, friendly, shared great recommendations for us, and always said hello and greeted us by name if he was there as we were leaving our room. (Juliet was also easy to reach as needed, but we did not chat as much.) The room is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly walkable - we did not need transportation outside of getting from Roma Termini to the hotel and from the hotel to FCO. Highly, highly recommend for someone who does not spend too much time in the hotel but needs a cozy, clean, friendly retreat to unwind, shower, and sleep while traveling. The mini bar was affordable and appreciated after a long day too ;)
