I recently stayed at Hotel Pilo Lyon and it was a truly satisfying experience. The hotel offers a clean and tidy environment, which I greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One unique feature that stood out to me was the shared kitchen - a great addition for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The hotel staff deserves a special mention for their friendliness and helpfulness, making my stay even more pleasant. Another perk was the 11 am checkout time, which is more convenient compared to other hostels. Overall, I rate Hotel Pilo Lyon 5 out of 5 for its excellent service and facilities. Also location is perfect too!

Absolutely perfect. I stayed in one of their dormitories. The staff were kind and accommodating, couldn't have asked for more. My first night, I figured out I wasn't athletic enough to climb up to the bed I'd been assigned (the railings were too high on the bunk bed), so the staff immediately moved me to a new one. There's someone at the desk 24×7 to help with anything that might come up.

Clean, safe and central. We stayed in a double room and checked in at midnight with no issue - friendly and helpful staff at the desk, morning and night. Bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. We can’t wait to come back! 5 stars.

Very well equipped hostel/hotel in a very good location (despite being on a hill, it’s easy to get from the hostel to anywhere). The rooms were very clean and modern. The only thing I have an issue with is that the restaurant and bar were catered towards locals, not towards the hotel residents. There was not much of a social vibe, even in the shared kitchen and community area (which was very comfortable), people seemed to keep to themselves. The hostel would arrange themed nights very often, but they were catered towards those who come just for the bar.
