SO GROSS! They do not clean well between rooms. When I showed up the blinds were broken in the up position, someone's shoes, socks, and jacket had been left behind, and there were mysterious puddles. When I went to complain the receptionist tried to give me a trash bag to go clean the room myself and said that I didn't know how to press the down button on the blinds. They said they had no other rooms, then when they magically did have another room the FRIDGE was filled with disgusting DIRTY TOWELS! The shower grout makes it so any water that hits the walls drips directly out onto the floor so I have to build a fortress with towels to prevent it from flooding every day, and that's not even mentioning the stench in there. Listing out the issues with my room would be longer than War & Peace. There are four sets of incredibly weak washers/dryers for a building with nine residential floors. It cost me €7.50 for my small load and they were still wet after drying for more than two hours. Key cards to access the downstairs lounge do not work even during 'open' times. I am here with a few other people and the dishes provided differ wildly between everyone - some people didn't get any bowls and have to eat out of pots. This place has the worst wifi on the planet and you also have to reauthenticate every week. I would recommend renting a tent in the park or an on-fire garbage can before staying here.

If you are student on a study abroad and want a safe place to stay with a staff that’s responsive and respectful, this is NOT it. Since the start of my stay, I have been reaching out to the management about about blood stains I found on my window curtains and in my bathroom as well as stained sheets with cigarette holes that were given to me as to use. Each time my request has been dismissed or they say they’ll get to it and they never have until I had to take pictures and tell my school advisor about it. I’m sure this place is not clean because with every new sheet they gave me there was a new stain or hole. Today, I was taking a shower when the building technician walked into my bathroom. I was expecting the technician to come and spray around for bugs and it was quite obvious I was in the bathroom because of my music and the shower head that was going. He walks in and I screamed then he called the receptionist (I believe their name is Sofia) to explain what was going on. I hear the receptionist mocking my scream in the hallway and when I went down to ask for an apology I could hear her still mocking me and the building manager was not responsive towards my needs and called the technician his friend. This is NOT a SAFE PLACE.

Clean and comfortable room for couples. All necessary Kitchenware items were there. This apartment is very near to all metro, trams and buses. Near by you ll get indian restaurant and grocery shop is exactly adjacent to the apartment. But bathroom was bit small. Overall good stay

Pros: - modern room (we had the studio apartment) - nice view - clean room + bathroom - good heating - friendly staff - okay connection with public transport: 7 min walk to metro, tram right outside - WIFI included Cons: - hallway smelled a bit too much of air refresher - queen-size bed too small if you are used to king-size - street was too loud (nothing for light sleepers) Breakfast: Was okay, croissants were fresh, buns seemed to be heated up frozen ones. Not too much variety, so don't expect too much.

Very nice and modern hotel, close to metro stop and tram stop. Ideal to reach main Paris attractions. Good position also if you have to reach Disneyland. The room was very clean and the staff very kind. There is a supermarket just downstairs, useful for a quick shopping. Around there are also restaurants, pharmacies and other shops. The hotel gives the chance to have breakfast in the morning, I really recommend it as there are many things to eat for a small price. Highly recommended!
