This hotel is right next to Kapala charshi which is the main bazaar, so at a central location. The staff are nice, breakfast was good with plenty of food. One thing I didnt like is that it was noisy, you can hear what your room neighbours are doind, also the cleaning ladies start hoovering at 7:30 in the morning, and people keep slamming the doors.

I become very angry after Piya Sport Hotel- I just come into my brother’s room per 5 minutes: the employees start calling from reception, reservation and click the door. What’s the problem? I can’t be at the room and need to pay for another one. Are you really work in a hospitality business? Guys, if you are-pay attention to GM and her way of working: shout, accuse, interrupt. The hospitality business can’t work at that manner of in 21. It’s very sad your managers don’t understand that.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days and did not have a single problem until this. It was 6:16pm and I was not feeling well, one of my relatives needed to drop off something and wanted to check up on me. I called and let the receptionist know this but she refused and said that he is not allowed to and I would have to come down or go out to meet him. Like I said I wasn't feeling well but she refused. This was really upsetting and I was really disappointed. I never had this issue with other hotels before

First impressions were terrible. We made very specific reservations on what types of rooms we wanted. Upon arrival, the hotel didn't have them. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 1 KEY CARD. If you do not have a key card, electricity, lights, and A/C does not work. There have been multiple instances where I need to use my phone flash light. This hotel cuts way too many corners to be considered a 4 star hotel. Fair value it'd be a 3 star hotel. Very thin blankets, terrible soaps, the list goes on. Not worth it, find somewhere better.

WARNING!! Worst hotel ever!! Small rooms! At the first day i asked the reception to change the room because it’s very small, they told me “this is your reservation, we dont have other rooms”, at the same day at the evening the other guy at the reception told me there is an empty wider room!! The reception controls the air condtion and they turn it off in the middle of the night!!! If you want to change tempreture you have to call the reception every time!!!!! Bad service Sooo noisy!! Rooms are not clean at all and very old!! Some of the staff are not friendly at all specialy the guy who work at the reception desk “atta” They give for the whole family one room key card!!! Bad hotel! I do not recommend!
