The hotel is well positioned in the city centre, which is the only positive point. It’s dirty and the bathroom clogged. The beds are super uncomfortable and there are brown / yellow stains on the sheets. What's more, it's super badly insulated. We can hear cars and even passengers on the street. I'm not even talking about the breakfast, which is not at all hygienic! Considering the price we paid, I think we could have found much better than this. To be avoided.

I guess it is ok for the money and the fact that it's a 1 star hotel. Location is pretty good although it can get tricky to get a taxi there. My biggest complaint are rooms. I know it's a 1 star, but still, it should definitely be cleaner. Staff at the hotel was very accommodating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot say that I had a great experience. The only remarkable thing about the hotel was their airport pick-up service, which was expensive at 35 Euros, but the car was top-notch clean and presentable. However, my first impression of the hotel quickly ended there. While the receptionist, Ahmed, was efficient and friendly, the state of the room was disappointing. We stayed in room 302 and although the WiFi worked well and the AC was cool, the bedsheet was itchy and the towels were dirty with long strands of hair on them, even though we both have short hair. The bathroom was filthy and the TV wasn't working. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was basic and self-service, cafeteria-style, which was expected for a 1-star hotel. However, given the state of the room, I would have expected the hotel to at least keep it cleaned and well-maintained. Fortunately, we only stayed in the hotel for 8 hours before moving on to our next destination. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in, I would recommend looking for other options. Although the receptionist was friendly and the airport pick-up service was good, the state of the room was not worth the price we paid.

Such a lovely place, a wow what an amazing staff! , the place is in the heart of Istanbul, yet feels a bit away from all the hustle, the staff we super nice, helpful, and friendly, and everything about the room was good, really enjoyed my stay there. One small downside was that the room had a very large nice window, but we could not open the curtains as the facing building is like an office building or something that always had people looking out from the windows facing our hotel. Ac was not easy to operate.

I love staying in this hotel! The location is literally in the center, you can go everywhere to tourists places with walking max. 20 minutes. They clean the room everyday on time. The staffs are very welcoming. Thanks to Ahmet & Eyuphan, they're really helping me a lot to arrange airport transfer (2 hours before my arrival) and find me the stores nearby. The room is spacious enough, bathroom is clean and works, breakfast is okay, wifi works really good and fast, you don't waste your money if you staying here. Definitely recommend this place and I will stay here again if I'm back to Istanbul.
