Decent but many units in the service residents are run down because the developer, IJM took shortcuts in the tiling works, very shoddily done, also sound proofing between floors not good.. thin floors. Then access to parking especially B2 and B3 is very tight especially for bigger cars.. B3 is practically a ghost town.. with no mobile reception, emergency intercom etc Common facilities are decent and the management office and maintenance staff are decent people who are helpful

Brilliant apartments with a modern layout and interior. Very well designed. All services work efficiently and the building staff are very polite although not all of them know English. 10/10 would definitely go again. Have no issues whatsoever with the place.

This is an awesome place to stay in KL. First of all the condo was very nice and clean with a great view, good quality of amenities......and affordable price. Good location, we always feel easy to go anywhere... the train station, supper market, café, restaurants, shopping mall...Donald - the owner was very helpful and friendly. We really had great experience and memorable time. I would highly recommend this hotel either you are traveling or for business. Whenever I think to come again I am sure I will stay in this beautiful place.
