Food is not as good like before, quality drop. We have issue with the food description in menu and actual food which was unacceptable. Given feedback to the waiter and was ignore for few times where they didn’t answer to us. Next they ask us to leave because they have a time limit for dining which was not informed when we are in the restaurant. When we checked out the restaurant, we still see a lot of tables available outside. Well I can only say that the way they communicated is a bit rude to customers. End up with awful experience although they didn’t charged us for the dish. We will not go this SS2 outlet again.

The Japanese cuisine here is incredibly delicious – the sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and the beef is also excellent. What stands out the most is their grilled yam, which turns delightfully crispy after being grilled. Definitely planning to bring my family here again.

Went to Konnichiwa for the first time. I was a regular customer when I was called Wasabi. My family and I were pleasantly surprised as the food was really good, portions were good and the service was great. We really enjoyed our experience there. They were very busy when we went there, even though it was a Sunday at 6pm so you might need to book a table if you do not want to be disappointed. They have a floor for customers, the kitchen is on the 3rd floor and there is also a karaoke on the 3rd floor . 2 private rooms are available for private dinners on the 2nd floor

We weren't able to make a reservation as it was full and were told to walk-in instead. We waited for less than 15 minutes. No parking issue which is great especially in SS2 area, parking can often be a deterrent. Environment was great, service was fair, the poor waiter had to take care of the whole mezzanine by himself. Food and menu wise, similar to another restaurant, but worth a try if you haven't.
