HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. Pictures don’t match! Moldy, unclean, and extremely messy! The walls have holes and scuff marks, the bathroom is dangerous, it has exposed wiring, a moldy ceiling and worst of all, the towels weren’t even changed or washed! They still contained the previous persons makeup. “The coffee kit” or should I say USED coffee kit has one old stained stirrer. The bedsheets, were also not clean. The ceiling is LOW, and the bedroom has a steep step with a low doorframe. We got to the room, and left after only two hours because of how unbearable and uncomfortable it was. Almost all the positive reviews are FAKE, please don’t book here and rather go to somewhere like Istanbul Midpoint Hotel

The receptionist was very rude and unable to speak english.The rooms are nothing like shown on the pictures and looked dirty. The bed had the hair over the bed sheet and underneath.I told the reception lady but she kept telling me the room was cleaned yesterday even though I showed her pictures. After a few discussions she told one of the staff to clean but no one came so me and my wife checked out of the hotel. Later looked onto the reviews noted a traveler writing his stuff was stolen and was threatened to physically hurt which was the last straw. Be Careful with this hotel specifically if your a foreign tourist and even more if you don't speak Turkish. Worst experience ever.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. By the time I went to eat in a restaurant, I discovered that the safe had been opened and €500 had been stolen from me. I was intimidated by the staff and the owner that if I filed a complaint I was going to regret it physically. I called the police who showed up and we saw on the cameras a man entering my room. The police tell me that if I file a complaint, the case could last for years, without having the guarantee of proving that the man was the thief. I do not recommend this hotel or its staff in any way. You will definitely be victims like me.
