Pros: great location to many tourist attractions such as the palace. Great wraparound balcony (for the summer months), we didn’t linger despite the beautiful sunset as it was cold and windy in November. Cons: cleaning needs improvement and the suite can do with an upgrade to its interior. Stains on the fabrics and the radiators didn’t work (weren’t turned on?). The receptionists weren’t so friendly except for one lady (I suppose they could be just tired…don’t want to attribute this to the fact that we aren’t Spanish or white). Overall, would stay again for the location if improvements are made with both its software and hardware.

We recently stayed 5 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the laundry was easy to access. We enjoyed the location as nearby was an excellent breakfast place, a fruit shop, temple of Debod, and the Royal Palace.

everything went well, clean and comfortable, secure. A little noisy on the road and tunnel side. The check-in was too quick, we didn't have any information about everything (trash can, washing machine, we didn't know there was a free bus...). we would also have appreciated if our emails were answered to have access to the parking lot before check-in, we drove for several minutes before finding a space.

We had an excellent stay here, the apartment/room was well equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable, and excellent, quiet air conditioning. Staff were all lovely and helpful and were happy to store our luggage after check out before our flight home. Fantastic central location while also being very quiet - you do have to go up and down steps to access main streets above, so may be less suitable for less mobile guests or anyone who would struggle carrying luggage. Sofa bed was quite noisy but otherwise beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage in the room and a well equipped kitchenette.

We truly appreciate our stay at this hotel! Our apartment was clean, bright, airy, spacious and well appointed. The service desk went well beyond their duty to help us with our needs and questions. Valeria was especially helpful in making sure we got to Santiago when we needed to, reassuring us that everything will work out. Our heartfelt thank you to you and the rest of the crew!
