Very near to Famagosta metro, all facilities are very near like essalunga. Hotel staff's are very professional as well as friendly. Especially Manju, Marika, Valeria and Stephanie. Always with smiling face and extending their hand for additional support & help.

My experience at the hotel was generally positive. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The delicious breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, making it a delightful start to the day. The hotel's location was also a major advantage. It was conveniently situated, just a four-minute walk from the metro station. This made it easy to access and explore the center of Milan within twenty minutes, saving time and effort on transportation. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The sound insulation in the rooms should be enhanced to reduce noise from the hallway, doors, and outside traffic, ensuring a more peaceful and restful stay. Another area for improvement is the drainage system in the shower, as the water tended to drain slowly during bathing. Overall, the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near the metro station, outweighed the minor issues. With some improvements in sound insulation and shower drainage, it would become an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay for future guests.

My experience at Plus Welcome Milano was very positive. The rooms were clean and tidy and the continental breakfast was relatively cheap. The hotel itself is located next to a supermarket and metro station which makes accessing the city centre easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating and made for a pleasant overall experience.

Plus Welcome is situated in an old unsound-proofed building just next to a busy road. You will hear everything, from traffic noise to people talking in the next door rooms. Earplugs are a MUST! Mattress is dated. Pillows are ok. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast was suddenly not included anymore even though it is publicised in big on their website during booking... I felt like they just try to sell it twice to you, which is clearly a ripoff 😕 I give three stars because it is clean overall, it's nearby a metro station and also considering Milan is overpriced !
