We loved our 10 night stay here. Yes, it's a 10 minute walk to the main street, but the advantage is that it is so quiet. There is a small shop nearby that opens late for all your water, snacks and alcohol requirements. It is very conveniently located to the Karon Temple Markets. It was handy having a washing machine in the villa. The manager (Nam) was fantastic to deal with and all of the staff from the cleaners to the maintenance workers were so helpful and friendly. Definitely use Grab or Bolt for your transportation on longer trips to Kata or Patong. Also, for your food orders when you just want a lazy day by the pool. We spent quite a few days just lounging around because we didn't want to leave our little slice of paradise. When we had to leave, to go home, they were very accommodating with a late checkout which dragged out with a delayed departure flight.

We were at the Villas for 12 days over Christmas and New year and it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. The deck caught the sun for most of the day and the pool was well maintained. It is a short 5 minute walk to the main road and restaurants through a pleasant area. A mini mart nearby for basics and a very nice restaurant just up the road, which was great for breakfast or lunch. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Manager was rude and service was none existent. Bed linen changed once in a 2 week stay. Paid 100,000baht to stay, then had to pay 100baht for a broken glass? Hard to get transport down to the main road which meant a long hilly walk in the heat. And on the last day we found a dead decomposed bird in the pool water return area. Would I recommend to anyone? No!!!
