Great hotel and extremely handy for Copacabana. The staff are great and especially those in the pool / bar area. Views great and recommend a top floor room if possible. Only real downsides: Lifts: the number and speed of the lifts is below what is required for a building of this size, which can lead to delays at certain times. Smoking: smoking allowed on the roof terrace, which blows all over anyone sunbathing / eating. Otherwise great and no complaints!

Our stay here was mostly good because the kindness of their staff made a big difference! The location also added to the positives of staying here because the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. There were a few things that took away from the trip. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night because the room would get super hot even with the AC turned all the way down. Another issue was that the water from the shower would leak out onto the floor every time you took a shower. I don’t think these were major issues but they definitely took away from the overall experience. PS: Ask for an adapter when you check in if you’re not from Brazil! The outlets are different.

Very high prices for the quality of the hotel, it doesn’t look at all how they show on the website, Outside of our room, there was a leaking smelling so bad, they didn’t want to move us to other room. When we reserved, we paid for breakfast included and when we checked in, the girl said it was not included and we had to pay 90 reales per person per day, very high price and the breakfast is not that good. We paid online for the best room they offered, and when we checked in, they said that room was not available and accommodated us in a room with no balcony. I would never pay again that amount of money for a hotel like this.
