Solo traveling Was little worried at first as homeless persons bed/sofa was a side of hotel not a good look to such a good hotel This is a fabulous hotel Staff very friendly and helpful The room was very clean very spacious and warmed up quickly as January was cold The bed was very comfortable The only things I could find fault with there is a metal door stop right in front of the toilet which I stabbed my toes on causing bruise Also only one sachet of coffee had to buy a jar The area around hotel if you take a wrong turn it is not to nice area There was a lot of road works which made it different to cross the road I brought a Metro/bus card with discount for attractions to get me about Porto VERY handy as a lone female I felt safe at walking about at night time There is plenty of places to eat on one of the supermarkets down the right as you come out the hotel has a cafe with good food Also ware comfortable shoes as the hill's/steps are narrow and steep and the pavements are sometimes cobbled

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great. Not in central area but very easy to get around and nice amenities close by. only wish is to have a spa and it would be perfection.

A really nice Hotel and all the staff are really extremely friendly and helpful. A bit out from the centre, which was probably good! (Super service from Uber). The only small complaint I would have is that the shower floor was extremely slippy and dangerous and would suggest shower mats. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.
