We very much enjoyed our stay. A very unique, open lobby with trees growing into the skies. The staff was always friendly and available. Rooms are nice. Nothing mind-blowing. Shower was ok. There are some small issues here and there like one of our closet doors wouldn't shut and some water damage in the bathroom. The bed was a little uncomfortable. The rate was very fair and we enjoyed our two nights in the hotel. Free Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant. Just a little fruit, yogurt and toast. Not great if you need protein in the morning, but included 30% coupon for other menu items. We were pretty concerned about music going through the night but apparently Playa Del Carmen has an 1100 pm noise ordinance and it all went quiet right about then. We slept great. It's a decent ways from the bus station so if you don't want to walk with luggage, be prepared to get a short ride up the the property. Closer to many attractions than Cancun and in many ways quieter and more walkable. Would give 4.5 but the positive experience bumps it up for us instead of down. This is not a luxury stay, but it is cozy and fun.

Very good value for money, perfect location, in the area of 5th avemue with live music. No issue with noise at night. Very clean, ver nice staff. Although the closest testaurants are pretty expensive, it is only 10-15 minutes walk from the cheaper restaurants and taquerias.

Adorable place to stay, close to everything Playa Del Carmen has to offer! The foyer is open to the sky with trees and plants and is a great place to relax as long as it isn't raining! The 30% off L'Italiano Restaurant next door is a real treat!

Loved this place. So pretty and such a nice price. Right on 5th avenue. I had a double bedroom facing the street. There is a nice window you can open and listen to the music or close it and does a good job of blocking out the sound. Music stopped around 11 though. Pretty quiet from what I can tell and slept great. Staff was very friendly. They also provide purified water at reception which is nice to refill my bottles. Cute restaurant where breakfast was provided. Rooms where nice and clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom didn’t really have hot water but I didn’t care it’s hot outside and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast was provided but it not really worth it though a nice gesture. It was toast, fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee and juice.

Worth even more than 5 stars to me. Location is perfect on the "fifth avenue" with shops and restaurants, the hotel is nice and rooms fully equipped. The breakfast, included in the room, is served at the restaurant round the corner, it was ok. The receptionist gave me few coins to pay for the car parking out of his pocket to avoid getting a ticket from the police, super kind, thanks!
